The main mission of this institution is to achieve excellence in Technical Education.
To equip the students with Knowledge and skill concerning latest emerging technologies up to the level of globally Competitive Standard.
To maintain the continue interface with the industry and to incorporate changes the time.
To enhance the ability of students to anticipate and shape Further the skill of budding engineers through indvidual and group activity toinculcate and in courage a life long thirst for leaving in them.
To encourage the conceptual, inter personal and team work skill for technical and managerial decision making among the students.
The Institute has a full-fledged Training & Placement Cell to look after the Placement activities. The Training and Placement cell provides the official support base for placement of Final year & Pre Final year students. The support services that it offers are in the form of arranging campus interviews, grooming students to face the final test of their knowledge, create and arrange value added Industrial/Practical Training to the students. The institute is equipped with two centrally air conditioned HALL (for holding Pre-Placement Talk, two conference rooms for conducting group discussion sessions, seminar hall and well furnished rooms & offices for conducting interviews. The Placement Office is fully computerized. The Steering Committee of the Placement cell is headed by the Training & Placement Officer of the rank of Assistant Professor and Industrial Coordinators from each department of the rank of lecturers. In addition to the support staff, four students from each department are contributing as Student Placement Coordinators.
Invitations are sent to the prospective companies / organizations along with all relevant information to participate in the campus recruitment. Regular correspondence is maintained with various industries. Personal visits by the Training and Placement Officer, to many companies also serves to build and maintain relations with the companies. The cell maintains a branch wise list of industries and encourages students to approach the companies independently in case that particular company does not have a policy of Campus Recruitment.
