The Prasad Institute of Technology & Sciences, sponsored by Sri. Sivakameswari educational Society, was established in 2007 with a vision to impact quality technical ecucation and is affliated to Jawarlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. The college is a little away from the din and bustle of Jaggayapet, a town with historic buddhist monuments, about 80 Km. South of Vijayawada. The college offers B.tech programmes in 5 faculties of Engineering- Civil, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Electrical and Electronics and Information Technology. The college also offers Post Graduate programmes in MBA and MCA.
