Bhilai Institute of Technology was established in the year 1986 in durg ( C.G) . This institute provides all round development for students in the field of engineering. The institute provides Full time engineering degree for student in the field of computer science, information technology, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic and communication engineering and electrical engineering. The infrastructure is excellent with equipped lab and soft skill classes. The faculties are well qualified and are very much helpful.
The college contains a central library which has around 10000 volumes of books with separate place for group discussion. The college avails their students with separate boys and girls hostel with all basic features for there all round fulfilling their needs.
The college is a wifi campus and lan connection for high speed internet is provided room to room in hostel.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission will be through online counselling by the Directorate of Technical Education, Raipur.The eligibilities criteria for the admission in the various programs shall be as per norms laid down by Directorate of Technical Education, Raipur/ Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University, Bhilai.
