The ultimate aim of an education program is to develop competent manpower able enough to be readily absorbed in the industrial world. The growth of the students, imparting professional skills to them and their placement in accordance with their individual interests, skills & capabilities is the eventual goal of the Aryabhatta Group of Institutes.
A comprehensive Training & Placement Department exists in the College to facilitate the students to choose their careers with a variety of choices for growth and progress. The industry-academia interface helps the students to interact with the visiting recruiters from the prominent industries on the campus and also in the industrial settings. The focus is on developing & maintaining close liaison with industry! organizations and equipping the students with desired skills with the help of industrial trainings, industrial visits, trade get-togethers, techno fares, career talks/expert lectures, individual counseling etc.
