Archbishop Powathil Assumption Community College (APACC) is a part of Assumption College, Changanassery. APACC Kerala was founded in the year 1950. Initially, the college started with a strength of 358 students. Presently it has more than 2000 students on its roll. The college is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. The college offers Courses for School Children, Courses for students waiting for degree results, Courses for House Wives and Unmarried women and various IGNOU Courses like B.Com, BCA, BBA, MCA, M.Com, MBA. The college also provides many facilities to its students like a  laboratories eqquiped with modern instruments, auditorium, gym, canteen, fully ventilated classrooms, hostel facility, transportation facility, sports and many more.

Placement

 The college has a placement cell which is involved in guiding and training students to make them prepared for campus interviews. Companies visited the college yet are Wipro, TCS, Genpact, Shreds, Big Leap Solutions and many more.
